By accessing or using our poultry hatchery management application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
hatchEZ is a publicly available poultry-management SaaS platform designed for the wider poultry industry. Any poultry farm, hatchery, breeder, gamebird producer, or poultry operation can register to use the Service — no pre-approval is required. The Service provides tools for managing poultry operations, including hatch tracking, mortality monitoring, daily check logging, crew performance management, feed and medicine tracking, and data analytics. The Service is available as a website and as an iOS application. The hatchEZ iOS application does not offer purchases, subscription checkout, or external purchase links. Purchases and subscription management are not available in the iOS application.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You retain ownership of all hatchery data, records, and content you enter into the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data you submit. You are also responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents to input any personal data (such as crew member names) into the Service. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
The Service, including its design, features, and underlying software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that alerts or analytics will always be accurate. You should not rely solely on the Service for critical agricultural or veterinary decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of livestock, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if your account remains inactive. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may close your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by applicable local and national laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
